Weeee.. Oh Gosh! What a way to spend Easter! :] Seriously, it was so amazing.
Where do I even start?
Kay, so I met
Davi, Britt and Holly at Church at 7pm and we drove down to the
Paeroa Rangers Soccer ground where we were to meet my Uncle from
Waihi, as we were going with his Youth Group. After waiting there for about 5, they turned up and away I drove with 3 very excited girls in the car, and with the music blaring up loud of course..and singing at the top of our lungs! :]
Yaaayee.
We got there and got
separated from the group, so we found some security guy, and he chucked us on his
trailor and took us to our spot! (Well actually the wrong spot! .. We were waiting for ages for the others to show up, and were wondering why! Wrong place!)
Haha, but we got to the group eventually, found our tent and made ourselves at home making beds and all the jazz in our tent. We even had this cool light/torch thing that we hung on our roof, and viola, we had light! :]
That night, we went to the first meeting, and I had no idea what to expect, but it well over-did my expectation anyway! :] The Worship was
primo, and the speakers each meeting were just incredible. Mike
Pilavachi is now my new favourite speaker! And guess who got a photo with him!
Yeaaaahhh.

Yeah, he taught us all about Cakie and how he should'nt have opened the door to Cakie. Basically, it was his sex talk. Lol. Cracked us up. I was pretty much in tears from laughing so hard.
Oooh .. I watched "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe" for the first time on the weekend too, well part of it anyway. I love it, and will hire it out in the next week or two to see the rest! CS Lewis is the man!
I was the "
Davi David
Davi Bands" biggest fan. The funniest thing happened! :]
Hahahah. Me and
Davi went into the
Café where two guys were currently setting up Guitar Hero.
Davi wanted to join, so after she got the A.OK, she grabbed the guitar and
asked the two guys their names. One
replied "David,"
then Davi giggled and said "Ha, my name is
Davi." Then .. both the guys mouths just dropped open! The other guy was like "My name is
Davi tooooo"
Haha, so we had this little giggle about that.
Worst thing about camp though, was seriously the wait for the meals. On Sunday night,
Davi and me came up with an
extraordinary plan. We went to dinner at 4:30pm, and then ended up being at the front of the line! :]
Taaaadaaa! Thought that was magnificent.
And so I pretty much managed to go the whole weekend without taking many photos at all. How can I????
Bizarreee!!
Heres the ones that I managed to take anyway. It was quite annoying that I never carried my camera around with me. I so should have, because I remember saying "Perfect Photo Moment" like 100 times, and never had my Cam on me. Good one Mel :]
Holly and Me being silly beggars in the tent:

Britt and myself enjoying the sun:
We quite often had sing-a-longs with "Beautiful Pink" outside our tent. Good times they were, good times indeed:
Home time after 5 quick as days! :]
All in all, it was a super duper weekend, and would definitely go back! :] I know this is only a tiny review, but I cant fit it into words. Far too amazing.
